Customised Strings

Unique personlised custom strings can be produced to meet your requirements.

The various processes are described below:
Stage 1:

The first part of customisation is "branding" the string on our "state of the art" ink jet printing machines.

 

Stage 2:

Continuing to create the all important brand image the reel inserts are printed with the required information from your artwork, or you can use our “in house” artwork designer to create a superb image on your behalf at a small cost. It is then assembled and welded to form an integral part of the reel.

 

Stage 3:

The final part is winding the string onto the reels which can be from 90m to 300m.
85mm Reel inserts: We can offer "In-House" Artwork / Design & Printing which allows us to supply small quantities if required.

 

Stage 4:

Sets are similarly customised using the same insert in our unique clam pack or
in polypropylene bags with integral printed card or of course your own packaging.
